From a single hazard tree to a full lot clearing, we handle the whole job, climb to cleanup.

Why Choose Us

Why Kelowna Homeowners Call Us

Good tree work comes down to skill, the right gear, and showing up. That's what we do.

Local crew, not a franchise

We live and work in the Okanagan, we're on every job ourselves, and we treat your property like our own.

Fully insured, safety first

Tree work is dangerous. We carry proper coverage and use the right rigging so nobody and nothing gets hurt.

Right gear for the job

From rope-and-saddle climbing to bucket and crane work, we've got what it takes to bring a tree down clean.

We know Okanagan trees

Ponderosa pine, fruit trees, cottonwoods, and fire-prone hillsides. We know how they grow and how they fail.

Straight answers

If a tree can be saved with pruning, we'll say so. If it needs to come down, we'll tell you straight.

Free, no-pressure estimates

We come out, look at the job, and quote it honestly. No scare tactics, no upsell games.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does tree removal cost in Kelowna?

It depends on the tree: how tall it is, how close it sits to your house or power lines, how hard it is to access, and whether you want the stump ground and the wood hauled away. Every tree is different, so we don't post a one-size price that wouldn't be honest. The best way to get a real number is a free on-site estimate. We'll look at the tree, talk through your options, and give you a clear price with no pressure.

Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Kelowna?

Sometimes. The City of Kelowna and other Okanagan municipalities have bylaws that protect certain trees, trees on slopes, near watercourses, or in development areas. Rules differ between Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon. We'll tell you when we think a permit is likely and point you to the right department, so you don't get caught out.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, every estimate is free. We come out, look at the tree or the job, talk through what you want, and give you a clear price with no pressure. Give us a call or send a message through the site and we'll set it up.

Are you insured?

Yes. Tree work is dangerous, and a falling limb or a dropped tree can do serious damage. We carry proper liability insurance so you're protected if something goes wrong. Always ask any tree company for proof of insurance before you let them on your property, and we're happy to provide ours.

Do you do emergency tree work?

We do. If a tree comes down on your house, blocks your driveway, or is leaning dangerously after a windstorm, call us and we'll respond as fast as we can, day or night. Storm-damaged and hazardous trees can't always wait, and we treat them that way.

Will you clean up and haul away the wood and branches?

Yes. Cleanup is part of the job. We chip the branches, can cut the wood to firewood length or haul it away, and rake up the mess so your yard is left tidy. If you'd like to keep the wood or the chips, just tell us and we'll leave them for you.

What's the best time of year to prune trees in the Okanagan?

For most deciduous trees, late winter to early spring while they're dormant is ideal. Fruit trees have their own timing, and some flowering trees are best pruned right after they bloom. Dead, broken, or hazardous limbs can come off any time. Tell us what you've got and we'll prune it at the right time for that species.

Can you remove a tree that's close to my house or power lines?

Yes, that's a lot of what we do in the Okanagan, where lots are tight and trees crowd homes. We use proper rigging and rope techniques to lower limbs and sections in a controlled way instead of just felling. For trees touching the actual power lines, the utility usually has to be involved, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
